LingoAce is a leading online learning platform dedicated to providing a fun and engaging learning environment for children aged 4-15 who want to learn Chinese, English, and Math.

1. Job Description:
Teach phonics, reading, and writing courses provided by LingoAce to students aged between 4-15 years old on the LingoAce platform.

2. Class Type:
One-on-one trial: 25 minutes of teaching time
Small group regular class: 55 minutes of teaching time, up to 6 students

3. Schedule:
One-on-one trial: flexible and no minimum hours commitment; availability during peak hours is expected
Small group regular: fixed schedule of 55 minutes per class, once a week, lasts 18 weeks for one semester

4. Peak Hours (Eastern Standard Time)
Weekdays: 17:00-22:00
Weekends: 08:00-22:00

5. Payment
One-on-One Trial: $15 total potential payment
( $10 fixed rate+ $2 homework incentive+$3 enrolled student incentive)
Small Group Regular: $30 total potential payment
( $20 fixed rate+ $6 homework incentive+$4 fixed class incentive)

6. Qualifications
We are now seeking to drive our language-learning mission through the development of a global online English Language Arts program that features a network of independent teachers who possess the following qualifications:

*Please note that in order to ensure the sustainability of the LingoAce platform, we have made the decision to no longer partner with teachers from California, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or Illinois starting on April 1st, 2022. We appreciate your understanding!

• Bachelor's degree or higher, better major in Education/English Language/Literature;
• At least three years of experience in teaching ELA/reading/writing courses;
• English-Speaker from the US, Canada, the UK, Australia or New Zealand.
